Business Equity for Indy (BEI) was established as a joint venture between the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, the Indy Chamber, and the Indianapolis Urban League. Together, we strive to cultivate a more inclusive business landscape and drive sustainable economic change across the Indianapolis region.
We are proud to present the 2025 Impact Report, which captures our work from 2024 through 2025 and reaffirms our commitment to advancing inclusive economic growth in Central Indiana.
Guided by this mission, BEI applied its internal equity rubric across our three pillars—People, Procurement, and Policy—to identify and address longstanding disparities in employment, wages, and contracting opportunities. These findings continue to validate the urgency and importance of this work.
