Overview
Brief Program Summary: To encourage employees to pursue continued education/learning,
Cook Medical revamped its tuition reimbursement program to pay all tuition expenses for
employees up-front. Cook also removed any requirements for the employee to reimburse the
company if the employee resigns from his/her position within a period of time. The number of
employees participating in the tuition reimbursement program increased from ~75 to 1000.
