Brief Program Summary: The Lilly Mentorship Program is a five-week program designed to
connect college-bound Latino/a students with Latinx mentors currently employed by Eli Lilly & Co.
The goal of the program is to provide direct support to students that may be facing barriers to
educational attainment unique to Latino/a students.
