Organization name: The Mind Trust

Academic programs
Ages Served:
19-25 Years
Overview
Brief Program Summary: The Mind Trust provides local education leaders the opportunity to
participate in Relay’s National Principals Academy Fellowship (NPAF) and National Principals
Supervisors Academy (NPSA) annually. Relay’s NPAF and NPSA are nationally-recognized,
year-long fellowships that engage leaders in high-quality practices, systems, and structures,
equipping leaders with the knowledge to implement these tools in their unique contexts throughout
program participation.
Success Metrics: Success is measured by a leader’s completion of the program, implementation
of Relay practices within their school, and expansion of the program to other leaders and teachers
within the school. Ultimately, implementation of Relay practices will lead to increased academic
outcomes for students. Due to recent changes in state testing and the impact of COVID-19, data
to demonstrate this impact is limited to date.
