Brief Program Summary: Rooted School-Indianapolis’ mission is to provide students personal pathways to financial freedom by increasing students who graduate from high school, technical school or college ready to compete in the city’s high growth high wage industry starting with tech. Rooted School’s goal is that when students graduate, they will graduate with a job offer in one hand and college acceptance letter in the other.
Success Metrics: Rooted School uses several measures of student success, including attendance, % of students who are college and career ready, number of students who receive tech jobs, and number of students who enter and graduate from college.
