Brief Program Summary: The Y-Future Leaders program helps youth with making healthy decisions, while providing academic support, job-readiness skills, and positive social interaction with mentors to help them develop leadership skills.
Success Metrics: At least 80% of those served will demonstrate increased capacity to: set and achieve goals, make positive decisions, identify and manage emotions, and communicate effectively. At least 80% or those served will not offend of reoffend for an entire calendar year.
