Brief Program Summary: This is a collection of programs, some beginning in the mid 1990s, others more recently, which were combined under the Youth Empowerment banner in September 2020. These prorgrams help teens develop new skills, give back, read ahead, and meet friends. Programs include: Leaders Club, Young Entrepreneur Program, Young Men of Distinction, Youth and Government, Y-Achievers Program, Youth Employment Services (YES) Indy, and Young Peoples Advisory Council.
